1. General Policy
Our services are digital and labor-based, which means that once a project has commenced and hours have been logged, payments for that work are non-refundable. We strive to ensure client satisfaction through a structured project process that includes consultation, mockups, feedback rounds, and client approval at every stage.
2. Non-Refundable Services
– Deposits: All upfront deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your project slot in our schedule and covers the costs associated with the initial discovery, consultation, and project setup phases.
– Work Already Completed: Payments for project milestones that have been completed and approved by the client are non-refundable. This includes design mockups, development work, and any other services rendered.
– Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid to third parties on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, stock photos) are non-refundable.
3. When a Refund May Be Considered
A partial or full refund may be considered in the following rare circumstances:
– Project Non-Commencement: If you pay the deposit but we fail to start your project within the agreed-upon timeframe without any valid reason, you are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
– Service Not as Described: If we fail to deliver the services as outlined in the signed project proposal or agreement, and we are unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable period, a partial refund for the undelivered portion of the service may be considered. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your project after it has started, you will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made. You will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation that exceeds the initial deposit.
5. How to Request a Refund
